Delicious Vegan Chicken Seitan Cutlets Recipe You Need to Try

NOTE: This is NOT my recipe - but wanted to share my first ever cooking video using a delicious recipe by the one and only Isa Chandra Moskowitz

Let's talk about chickens. They have enormous and fun personalities. They can learn and and know their names when called. They have their own language and can hold long conversations. You always know who is in charge! But most of all, they love to roost and be outside in the sun, dirt, and grass with their family and friends. I have met many at Farm Sanctuary, Woodstock Sanctuary, and other sanctuaries over the years. They truly are amazing and beautiful birds!

The other side of chickens is they are second on the list of animals most killed for food (first being fish). So why not help these little guys (and gals!) by enjoying some amazing vegan chik'n cutlets? They only take a few ingredients and they are fast to make.
